Clinical Programs
CYH offers five core programs. Naltrexone, GLP-1, ketamine, and coaching are delivered via telemedicine nationwide. Clearing (IOP) is Texas-only.
Naltrexone (The Sinclair Method)
The flagship program. Naltrexone is an FDA-approved medication that reduces alcohol cravings by blocking opioid receptors. The Sinclair Method uses it pharmacologically timed — taken one hour before drinking — to gradually extinguish the reward cycle. Patients do not have to stop drinking to start.
Why it works for CYH's audience: Low-friction. No abstinence requirement upfront. Private. Medically credible. Fits the Miles Masker and Doug Doer personas especially well.
Funnel: startNaltrexone (primary revenue funnel).
GLP-1
GLP-1 agonists (e.g., semaglutide) are emerging as a complementary tool for patients with comorbid weight concerns or metabolic goals. CYH offers GLP-1 as a standalone or in combination with naltrexone.
Cross-sell: Active naltrexone patients are a primary target for GLP-1 cross-sell given the behavioral overlap (medication-comfortable, health-motivated).
Ketamine
Low-dose ketamine therapy for patients with treatment-resistant depression or AUD comorbid with significant mood disorders. Higher-touch clinical pathway.
Funnel: startRecovery (also serves as an entry point for other high-need patients).
Clearing (Intensive Outpatient)
Licensed intensive outpatient program for people who need more than weekly support and less than residential care. Public brand on the landing page: Clearing. Internals: startIop, cyhIopLp, /lp/iop.
Delivery: Telehealth across Texas. Evening group plus 1:1. Texas requires a physical location, so the program is licensed at the Austin office (106 E 6th St). Patients do not commute to a clinic.
Program facts (Aug 2026 collateral is source of truth, LP variant iop-tx-v3): 9+ structured hours per week, rolling weekly onboarding when live, clinician-managed naltrexone and GLP-1 when appropriate, typical ~14 day path to a first start, aftercare after the intensive phase, insurance review for Cigna / UHC / BCBS / Aetna (no Medicaid / Medicare). Potential scholarships may be available. Do not put a static first-cohort date on live LP or form copy until product locks a start.
Funnel: startIop (lead capture, not purchase). This is not the Iceberg naltrexone checkout.
Why it exists: The in-between. Weekly therapy is not always enough. Residential is more than many people can pause life for.

Integrated Coaching
Optional coaching layer available across all programs. Positioned as "someone in your corner if you want it" — never as required or implied. Surfaced based on BSS signals (isolation, emotional drivers) and support preference.
Upsell: Coaching is offered during onboarding and via in-app prompts post-purchase. Significant revenue lever.
Program combinations
Patients often start with naltrexone and layer in coaching or GLP-1 over time. The careIntake funnel (in development) is designed to route patients to the right first program based on their profile, with cross-sell built into the journey.
