Business Model
Revenue model
CYH is a subscription telemedicine business. Revenue is driven almost entirely through conversion funnels.
The full loop:
- Paid acquisition (Google, Meta) targets people searching for AUD solutions
- Ad lands on a program-specific landing page
- Landing page routes to an intake form (Next.js, hosted on cyh-forms-v2)
- Form collects medical intake + payment
- Patient subscribes to a monthly plan
- Retention: ongoing medication management, coaching, mobile app engagement
The funnel is the primary revenue lever. Conversion rate improvements compound directly into revenue. A 10% lift in a high-traffic funnel can meaningfully move the business.
Core metrics
- Conversion rate (form start to purchase)
- Drop-off by screen
- Average order value (plan selection + coaching upsell)
- Patient LTV / retention
- CAC by channel and segment
Analytics: Mixpanel for funnel events, Metabase for SQL-level reporting.
Plans and pricing
Patients subscribe to a monthly plan. Plans are tiered (Essential, Enhanced) and may include coaching as an add-on or bundle. Pricing is tested regularly via split tests.
Growth model
Primary lever: Funnel conversion rate. Same ad spend, more patients.
Secondary levers:
- Coaching upsell rate during onboarding
- Cross-sell (naltrexone patients to GLP-1)
- Retention / renewal rate
- New programs expanding TAM (GLP-1, ketamine, careIntake super funnel)
Scale
~7,000 patients treated nationwide (as of CLAUDE.md). Primary markets: Google search (high-intent) and Meta (awareness/social).
